Got a free upgrade because my double room had an issue. Ended up in a big, shiny new room with a comfy king-sized bed! 🌟

The central location was really convenient, close to the castle, Royal palace, landmarks, restaurants.

location: the hotel was short walk to the main sites in mandalay and palace and mandalay hill. had breakfast in the café.

Really enjoyed the room with comfortable bed, my bed was perfect. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe were all available. The accommodation had a central location to the East gate for the palace.

Stayed here for Christmas and had a great experience! the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the city center and other attractions. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered free bicycles, which allowed us to explore the area at our own pace. the breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

While our overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor downsides. the shower in our room had a small leak, but it wasn't a major issue.

Friendly staff who are always smiling. They've got a cool pool to hang out by, plus parking is convenient nearby. 😊
